I would really love to do more in-home sessions like this one in 2017. I've known this family pretty much since I moved to Seattle. They were actually the first family I took photos of that had kids over the age of one, and helped me realize that family photography was something I could actually do and loved. I knew they'd be perfect for this type of session. I came over one morning and they made blueberry scones, which I happily helped them eat, played a little music, and had some fun with the GIANT pillows they use in place of couches (pretty fantastic!).
